30-Day Returns
We want you to love your shawl. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition for Return
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
