Our Return Window
We want you to love your shawl. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging
- Original tags must still be attached
- Gift sets must be returned complete and unopened
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@nepalthreadco.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return address within one business day.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different colour or style, let us know when you contact us — we'll arrange an exchange as soon as your returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
