Products
All shawls are handmade, so slight variations in colour, pattern and texture between pieces are normal and are a natural part of genuine handcrafted pashmina — not a defect.
Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, though confirmed orders will not be affected.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient stock. If we cancel an order, you will be notified and fully refunded.
